Off Season Blitz

£74.95

4 Weeks of off season training to help prepare and strengthen you for pre season training. A combination of Speed, Strength, Power and Conditioning to get you in the best shape possible to smash pre season with your team!

The programme starts on Monday, the 9th of June, and will run on Mondays and Thursdays for 4 weeks.

There are two groups running this year, so you will have the choice of starting at either 6:30pm or 7:30pm

NEW to 2025, is the opportunity to join our gym running club, which is run by our excellent running coach Lou Summers. All blitzers are welcome to join us at 6pm on Tuesdays. Meet at the gym.

Sessions will run for around an hour, and to make the most of the hour, please arrive 10 minutes early to start warming up.
