After our sell-out first event, we're back - and this time we're going deeper.
Following the success of our Women's Health Morning last October, we're bringing you the next instalment of the Women's Wellness Series; a premium, expert-led morning designed to give you real knowledge, practical tools and the space to invest in yourself.
In collaboration with West Wales Women's Wellbeing, this event brings together a Consultant Gynaecologist, a specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, and our own coaching team for a morning that covers the topics that matter most to women's health - with more depth, more detail, and more to take away than ever before.

๐ค Expert Talk: Menopause, Testosterone & Women's Hormones Alan Treharne - Consultant Gynaecologist, West Wales Women's Wellbeing
Alan returns to deliver an expanded session covering the full picture of women's hormonal health. From what's really happening during menopause to the often overlooked role of testosterone and other key hormones - this is evidence-based, myth-busting and essential.
๐ค Expert Talk: Pelvic Health, Pre & Postnatal, and Core Considerations Laura Price - Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, West Wales Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
Laura's session goes further than last time. She'll cover pelvic floor health in depth, expand into pre and postnatal considerations, and explore the muscular and functional relationship between core strength and pelvic health. Practical, eye-opening, and relevant at every stage of life.
๐ค Expert Talk: Female-Focused Nutrition Siôn Evans BSc - Founder & Head Coach, SE Fitness
A session built specifically around how women should approach nutrition - covering weight loss, muscle gain, and the female-specific considerations that generic advice always misses. Including the impact of monthly cycles, hormonal changes, and menopause on how your body responds to food and training.
